An update on Jonathans in the Roundhouse

An update on Jonathans in the Roundhouse

After 18 months, Jonathans in the Roundhouse – the restaurant and tea rooms at the Roundhouse – has closed.

Within this challenging economic climate, it’s sadly become impossible for Jonathans in the Roundhouse to continue to operate – despite their best efforts.

We’re sad to see Jonathans close and leave the Roundhouse. We know everyone has worked hard to keep the business going through challenging circumstances.

Everyone at Roundhouse Birmingham would like to wish the team good luck for the future and in their next business venture.

We appreciate anyone visiting us soon may have some questions – especially around where to get food and drink nearby. We’ve put together some FAQs below.

FAQs

Where can I get food from now?

We don’t have an on-site café and won’t for the foreseeable future. If you’re visiting us and would like to find somewhere to eat or drink, The Distillery is open from 12pm every day and is just next door. We also have picnic benches at the Roundhouse and you’re very welcome to bring your own food.

Who will replace Jonathans in the Roundhouse?

We hope to offer food and drink on site again. We’ll keep you updated with any changes on our website and social media channels.

Will the toilets be closed?

The Roundhouse is open as normal (Wednesday – Sunday, 9:30am – 4:30pm), so the toilets are still open for use.

If you have any questions that haven’t been answered above, please get in touch using Hello@roundhousebirmingham.org.uk. A member of the team will happily help with your query.
