Booking information and T&Cs
For availability and to book onto one of our tours, please click the link below.
Tickets are available to purchase online via the link above. Tickets can also be purchased at our Visitor Centre.
Online bookings for our tours are available until two hours before each tour. After this point, any remaining tickets will be available to purchase from our Visitor Centre. Please call to enquire about availability.
Tickets will be sent to you via email. Please check your e-tickets as soon as you receive them. You do not need to print your e-ticket, but please ensure you have them on your phone or similar device, so you’re able to show them when you check at the Visitor Centre.
Concession prices are valid for the following:
- National Trust Members
- Canal & River Trust Friends
- Children under 12
- Job Seekers
- People with a B16 postcode
On booking, you’ll be asked to confirm which concession ticket you’re booking (for evaluation purposes). For membership concessions, please be prepared to show relevant documentation when you check in for your tour.
There are no senior citizen discounts for any of our tours.D
Tickets for customers who are registered disabled will be charged the standard price of the ticket. If you need the assistance of a companion to attend a Roundhouse tour, you’re entitled to a free companion ticket, subject to availability. Please note that events which include catering do not qualify for a free carer ticket.
Please get in touch with us to discuss your individual requirements.
Groups of 8 or more people are eligible for the concession rate on each ticket purchased, Tuesday to Thursday, and Friday during school term-time. If you’d like to arrange a group visit of 8 or more people, please contact us directly. Get in touch.
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time in order to check in at our Visitor Centre.
Most of our tours will have a short introduction at the starting location, so if you’re running a few minutes late there may be the chance to catch up. Unfortunately, if you miss the boat (pun intended) and the tour has already begun, it will be difficult to unite you with the group.
Please check your e-tickets as soon as you receive them. From the moment that the transaction is completed all tickets are non-refundable. We’re able to exchange them for an alternative date, dependent on availability. Exchanges can be made up to one week before the original booking date, after this point no exchanges are possible. We cannot refund money, except in the case of a cancelled tour, which will be refunded within 28 days.
If Roundhouse Birmingham need to cancel a tour, we will announce it as soon as possible. Please check our website, Facebook and Twitter pages regularly for updates. If you’ve bought tickets we will contact you, usually via email or telephone, and arrange a ticket refund or exchange.
