Programming and Partnerships Officer

Roundhouse Birmingham have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about heritage, creative tour programming, engagement and partnership development. The opening summer programme of tours and trails has proved incredibly successful, and we are now looking for someone to develop new tours/activities to contribute to the future success of this brand-new heritage attraction.

Headline info:

  • The role is fixed term until 30 December 2022.
  • The role is 5 days per week, ordinarily Monday-Friday, 0900-1730.
  • The post holder will regularly duty manage, including one weekend per month on a rota basis, hours 0845-1715.
  • Salary £20,721 p/a.
  • Deadline for application is Sunday 19 September.
  • Interviews Wednesday 29/Thursday 30 September.
  • Start date w/c Monday 1 November, or earlier if available.

Volunteering Experience Officer

Roundhouse Birmingham have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about volunteer involvement, engagement and participation. Over the past few months, we’ve been recruiting and training our volunteer team in anticipation of our opening in July.

We are now looking for a Volunteering Experience Officer to continue these relationships and work to grow the team that will contribute towards the future success of this brand-new heritage attraction.

Headline info:

  • Part time – 4 days per week
  • £19,928 p/a pro rata
  • Occasional evening and weekend work required
  • Start date Monday 5 July
  • Fixed term until 30 September 2022

Welcome & Service Assistant

This new role, based in the Roundhouse Visitor Centre, will involve engaging with visitors, introducing them to the history of the Roundhouse, and making them feel welcome and at home in this beautiful city-centre heritage attraction and activity centre.

Headline info:

  • Annualised contract
  • £9.50 per hour
  • Regular shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Job share will be considered
  • Start date Wednesday 30 June
  • Fixed term until 30 September 2022
